Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdh33 ("bdh33", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the bdh33 website at https://bdh33.app, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by it.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately stop using the bdh33 platform and close any account you have registered. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. bdh33 reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes, but it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with the bdh33 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bdh33 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. bdh33 does not permit access to or participation by anyone under the age of 18. This restriction is absolute and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on bdh33 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had a bdh33 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to implement device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling platforms. If you become aware that a minor has accessed bdh33 using your credentials, you must notify us immediately at [email protected]. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.

bdh33 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any player at any time. Players may be asked to confirm their identity, residential address, source of funds, or source of wealth as part of these checks. Non-cooperation with any such request may result in account restriction or closure.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bdh33 services — including deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, live casino games, and slots — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bdh33 account at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

Registration Requirements

During the registration process you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdh33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its internal compliance framework. Before processing your first withdrawal — and potentially at other points during your account lifecycle — bdh33 may require you to submit one or more of the following verification documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name

All documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with the bdh33 Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and secure document storage for all verification data. Documents will not be shared with third parties except as required for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, or where required by applicable law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bdh33 wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's network.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business day to be credited, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bdh33 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification requirements.
• Before your first withdrawal is approved, your KYC verification must be fully completed and your account must be in good standing.
• bdh33 targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawals within a few hours of approval during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) BST business days to reflect in your bank account.
• bdh33 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdh33 accepts no responsibility.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in the Bonuses & Promotions section before they may be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdh33 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL fixtures, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who are fully registered and have completed any applicable verification requirements.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period specified in the individual promotion terms if the wagering requirement has not been met.
• bdh33 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to reverse any bonus credited in error or in connection with suspected abuse.
• Players who are found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.

Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus is available once per new player account and cannot be combined with any other introductory offer unless expressly stated.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and gaming activity on the bdh33 platform is subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules communicated within the relevant section of the platform.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted only while the relevant market is open. bdh33 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where an in-play cash-out feature is available and the player elects to use it.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific sport and market type.
• bdh33 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a material error in the displayed odds occurred due to a technical fault or human error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a void is declared on these grounds.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and may be adjusted at bdh33's discretion.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games on the bdh33 platform are supplied by third-party certified game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game-specific rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are governed by the individual game provider's certified specifications.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the round will be completed based on the state captured by the game server at the time of interruption. Disputed outcomes must be reported to bdh33 support within 48 hours of the relevant session.
• bdh33 accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules, bonus features, or RTP mechanics.

Results & Dispute Resolution

The outcome of all bets and game rounds is determined by the relevant game server or data feed and recorded in bdh33's system logs. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server log, the server log shall be deemed authoritative. Players wishing to dispute the outcome of any bet or game round must contact bdh33 support within 48 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdh33 platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using a false identity, impersonating another person, or submitting forged or altered verification documents.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or using more than one bdh33 account, whether in your own name or under a different identity, for any purpose including but not limited to claiming multiple bonuses.
• Money Laundering: Using the bdh33 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to structure transactions in a manner designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or bet, including through coordinated wagering on multiple accounts.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on behalf of a player account.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, pricing error, or glitch in the bdh33 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected platform error are void.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your payment provider in respect of a completed bdh33 deposit without first raising the matter with bdh33 support and following the dispute resolution process.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the bdh33 platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 18.

Account Suspension & Closure

bdh33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy
• Identification of an underage player using the account
• Prolonged account inactivity (as defined in the platform's Inactivity Policy)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account wallet will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that a breach of these Terms has occurred, bdh33 reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the account balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bdh33 account may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request a voluntary self-exclusion through the bdh33 support team. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum period of your choosing and prevents re-registration during that window. Full details of the tools available — including deposit limits and temporary time-outs — are set out on the Responsible Gaming page. bdh33 takes its duty of care obligations seriously and will honour all self-exclusion requests without question or delay.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fairness and the internal policies of bdh33. bdh33 makes no representation that the materials on this platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful in their territory. bdh33 targets its services at the Bangladesh market and operates in English as the primary language of this platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible, bdh33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or errors in displayed odds or game outcomes. bdh33's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitral body of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the bdh33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bdh33 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
